A leading mining consulting firm is urgently seeking a Resource Geologist to join their consulting team.
Responsibilities:
· Ore Resource Management
- Best practice advise and Technical reporting
- Budget, cost control and contractors
- Evaluation Management
- Database Management
- SHREQ
- Customer relations
Requirements:
· +7 years’ experience in Resource Estimation field.
· Proven advanced user level experience with either of Datamine, Micromine, Surpac or Vulcan.
· Previous consulting experience and multi commodity exposure an advantage, however expert knowledge in a specific area will also be favourably viewed. Proven track record of contribution to or CPR sign off on technical studies an advantage
· Degree status and SACNASP registration will be required
