DUTIES:
·         Monitoring and reporting of performance in line with the relevant legal framework or approved EMP’s

Section Engineer – Coal Mining

Responsibilities
• Ensure appropriate appointments in terms of the Mine, Health and Safety Act are in place
• Ensure all emergency and shut down procedures are identified and implemented
• Optimize planned maintenance schedules and practices in place, including condition monitoring.
• Management of Maintenance contracts

You will need:

• Management Development Programme or the equivalent would be advantageous
