The incumbent will be responsible for the generation of New Business as well as the management of current key accounts for my client’s service offerings across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
• Create marketing strategy together with Management that contributes to overall company objectives
• Promote the company’s services and capabilities
• Identify potential customers for the programme and execute marketing strategy
• Sales prospecting and client maintenance through regular telephone contacts and personal visits travelling in South Africa and within African region as necessary
• Maintain close contacts and build relationships with key exporters
• Obtain feedback from customers on quality of service and competition
• Work closely with PCA operations staff to ensure consistency in service delivery and resolve problems whenever necessary
• Monitor sales on a daily basis and make weekly reporting to confirm achievements versus sales targets
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing; Business Administration / development, communication, client service or equivalent
• At lease 5 years client relationship management and direct sales and marketing experience
• At least 2 years experience in international trade and/or trade practices
• Presentation and/or negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Required to be proficient in written and spoken English. The ability to speak/read/write French, Portuguese, Arabic will be an added advantage.
