SHE Specialist - Gauteng

To assist the QHSE Manager with the implementation and monitoring of the safety, health, and environment management system within the Southern Africa Region

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the implementation and facilitation of the safety and environmental management system at all sites.
• Assist with the conduct and control of a planned SHE management inspection program at all sites.
• Provide QHSE passport training as required.
• Assist with contractor control.
• Assist with the compilation of safety statistics.
• Provide constant feedback to QHSE and business line managers on status of SHE at different sites.
• Assist with medical and lost time incident investigations
• Conduct health, safety and environment audits

Requirements
• Tertiary qualification HSE management or engineering discipline and / or demonstrated experience of strategies system design and risk management
• 8 Years work experience in a testing or production environment
• 5 Years safety management system experience
• Advance Microsoft software experience
• Environmental experience will be an advantage
