To be successful for this role the candidate has to have the following;

·         3 years’ HR Generalist experience

·         HR relevant tertiary qualification

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         HR function management

·         Management and development of HRD Models

·         Best Practise global benchmarking

·         Implementation and development of HRD systems

·         Continuous improvement initiatives
