One of the world’s leading mineral processing organisations is urgently seeking a HR Executive: Resource & Remuneration for provision of effective HR Generalist function within the company.

To be successful for this role the candidate has to have the following;

·         7-10 years’ post qualification experience and at least 3 years’ experience at a managerial level

·         HR relevant tertiary qualification

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         HR function management

·         Management and development of remuneration models

·         Management of job evaluation

·         Registration to administer psychometric tests is an advantage

·         Expat packages development
