The incumbent will be responsible for establishing controls and procedures related to strategic procurement activities within the EMEA region whilst developing reports and analysis of procurement KPI’s
Responsibilities
• Develop and release executive reports with spending analysis for strategic items of operations, projects and offices in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
• Develop and control procurement budget for operations, projects and offices within EMEA
• Tracking procurement processes through IT tools and release reports
• Suggest improvements for EMEA operations regarding procurement activities such as: contract utilization analysis, stock levels and policies, etc
• Implement and monitor global procurement norms and procedures within EMEA
Requirements:
• Relevant Degree in Business Administration
• 3 – 5 years experience gained in a similar role with exposure to working with a diversified set of clients across a number of countries
• Experience in budget analysis and control
• Sound knowledge on ERP tools
• French and/or Portuguese language skills will be distinct advantage
