I am seeking a Junior Database Administrator with experience working with relational database management systems to join a leading global data management company, providing consultancy services to the mining and exploration industry. They are seeking a motivated Junior Database Administrator with both Access and SQL skills to join their team.
Main Responsibilities
• Compilation and administration of geological and mining resource data
• Implementation and support for Maxwell software products
• Client communication and support
Requirements
• Experience with SQL 2005-2008, maintenance and support skills
• Experience with relational database management systems
• Access skills
• 1 year minimum in similar role
• Experience in the mining and exploration industry
• Academic education in geology
• A high level of motivation and initiative
• Well developed interpersonal skills
• A high level of computer literacy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
