Main Responsibilities
• To perform Field Service work, including scheduled services and breakdown repairs on mining equipment
• To market and promote Field Service work and other aftermarket services and products to customers to support business growth
• To assist with sub-assembly repairs and machine rebuilds in the workshops when required
• To assist at Service Contracts with machine services and breakdown repairs when required
• To take responsibility for the safe storage and maintenance of the company’s vehicles and equipment
Requirements
• Suitable Trade Qualification
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Technically sound with knowledge on mining machinery
• Experience in a customer focused environment
• Valid Drivers Licence
• Ability to travel as required by the role
