Senior HR Specialist - Strategic Planning

You will be responsible for Strategic Planning relating to improving Employee Commitment and attitudes towards my clients large scale mining operations. This is a great opportunity to take on a specialist HR position for one of the most successful mining organisations.

Responsibilities
• Execution and optimisation of all functional HR policies and procedures
• Ensure that business direction setting is done through problem solving; prioritization & planning; change leadership and achievement of strategic business goals
• Facilitate sound workforce relationships through coaching, consulting, negotiating, and counselling
• Ensure the correct deployment and development of employees ensuring maximum employee and company benefit
• Ensure the existence of a safe and healthy work environment

You will need:
• An advanced degree in HR or Industrial Psychology
• At least 8 years professional HR working experience with at least 4 years working at a specialist/strategic level
• Sound analytical skills and the ability to work with both white and blue collar staff
• Strong knowledge of business finance

Contract details:
• This is a permanent position and final package on offer will be an all inclusive package
