As Executive Consultant you will be responsible for business development activities for the group across the African Continent whilst supplying exceptional consulting services to new and existing clients on ore body modelling and mine planning activities.
Responsibilities
• Consulting Services relating to orebody modelling, mine planning and operational improvement
• Business Development
• New product design, conceptualization and architecture
• Recruitment, internal training and mentoring of new and existing employees
Requirements
• Qualified Geologist, Mining Engineer or Metallurgical / Process Engineer with 15+ years experience
• Operational experience in a mining environment
• Experience in implementing new processes, techniques or technical software into mining operations
• Financial modelling skills
• An interest in the application of technology to improve mining processes
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
Contract details
• Permanent contract
• Based in Johannesburg with regular travel to various mine sites across the African continent
