The Client Liaison Officer will be responsible for all aspects of the client communications functions for my clients Geochemistry/Analytical Chemistry department. This is a great opportunity to join an international company that is experiencing great growth in the South African market.
Responsibilities
• Compile Request for Quotations and follow up on acceptance of quotations / proposals issued
• Effective handling of all client queries and close outs
• Status updates on new and existing projects
• Review and report discrepancies/anomalies on work received
• Requests for information about services offered and methodology
• Post project follow up on the services rendered
• Assist satellite branches with information on clients, methods, quotes and invoices
• Devise trend analysis on customer queries / complaints for effective feedback to the Operations Manager
Requirements
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in the administrative aspects of Analytical Services
• Minimum 2 experience in a commercial laboratory environment
• Must be fully acquainted with LIMS system (CCLASS EL).
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Great attention to detail
