This role would be a direct support to the VP: Human Resources in managing a recruitment and staffing unit as a global employment company to serve as an enabler for the region to achieve its strategy.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage the Global Employment Company (GEC) as a full system (structure, processes & people) aligned with Business Process Framework & Systems for People, supported by social media platforms and campaigns to ensure that a talent pipeline is established with Africa regional office to meet current and future employee needs.
·         Provide a full Human Resources service during an employee life cycle to the management of the office.
·         Provide technical specialist advice to management in the development of short/medium/long term employment strategies.
·         Monitor staff turnover trends to ensure appropriate resourcing structures are in place.
·         Manage the outsourced payroll service provider for Africa regional office and the GEC by ensuring accuracy of payroll information and timely payment of wages.

Requirements:

·         A recognised Bachelors degree in Human Resources
·         A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources processes, practices and procedures.
·         Experience within Africa will be an advantage.
·         Experience in managing a salary administration function essential.
