Foreman: Loading and Hauling – Iron Ore – Northern Cape

Responsibilities:

·         The role involves the monitoring, controlling and coordinating of production processes and progress to ensure set production targets.

·         To provide advice and guidance to interested parties related to area of expertise in terms of processes, standards, best practices, research etc.

·         Adherence to all safety and health standards and promote good housekeeping on an on-going basis.

·         Good knowledge of mining processes, dispatch system and company rules and procedures.

·         Build relationships, transfer knowledge, to function independently, have a holistic approach and be well acquainted with the mining area.

Requirements:

·         You need a Grade 12/N3 certificate

·         In possession of a valid driver's licence

·         3 years production experience and relevant qualification

·         Willing to work shifts

·         You will be required to pass a medical fitness certificate to be considered for this position

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills.
