As Sales Engineer you will be responsible for developing the marketing and sales function of my clients operations and facilitating the sales of Mechanical components to the Engineering, Mining, Construction and Environmental sectors. You will also be responsible for all after market support and assistance.
Responsibilities
• To communicate accurate technical advice to customers
• To size filters and create quotations based on customers specifications
• To provide sales office support to Field Sales Engineers/Managers
• To liaise with technical support engineers with technical problems and specific order requirements
• Deal with customer technical and/or commercial queries and complaints
• Create and update price agreements and contracts in SAP system
Requirements
• HNC or HND in Mech Eng or an Engineering based discipline
• At least 5 years experience in a similar environment
• A sound working knowledge of SAP systems will be an advantage
• Well developed Communication skills
• Strong English written and oral skills
• Good local and English Language skills
