A client is urgently seeking an Office Manager for their office based in Gauteng. The Office Manager will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-          Organize office operations and procedures
-          Supervise office staff
-          Finance managing within the office
-          HR and Payroll handling
-          Client liaison and management
-          Maintain office efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
-          5-10 years’ experience on a similar position
-          Good problem solving and project management skills
-          Great people management skills
-          Knowledge of HR management and supervision
-          Confident Business Development skills
-          BCom degree and a qualification in Geology is an instant advantage
