Our client is looking for a Human Resources Development Co-ordinator at their mine.
REQUIREMENTS:
·         At least 5 years’ experience in the HR development field, of which at least 2 years should have been within a mining industry
·         Mine Overseer’s Certificate of Competence, Blasting Certificate or Moderator and Registered Assessor with the MQA
·         Valid Driver’s license and Medically fit for the role (Red Ticket)
·         ISO 14001, 18001 and 9001 knowledge
·         Good business communication, Organisational Knowledge, People management, Employee Relations,
·         Training and Development or equivalent qualification at NOF level 5
·         Knowledge of Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act, MHSA, Minerals Act, OHSAS, Labour Relations Act and Minerals and Petroleum Act
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Administrative duties necessary within scope of the role
·         Conduct mining training needs analyses and highlight area of opportunity
·         Ensure SHE compliance
·         Coach and manage learner’s performance
·         Responsible for quality assurance of training
·         Ensure good standards within the HRD
·         Coordinate assessments and moderation
·         Good liaison with MQA and having learners registered with the MQA
