A Mining Services’ company is urgently seeking a Recruitment Manager to be based at their Head Office.
This is a 6 month contract position with a chance becoming permanent should this person add sufficient value to the organisation to motivate for it. But this is NOT a guarantee and it entails Extensive road travel e.g. Witbank, Mokopane, Musina etc. (all around SA)
Requirements:
· Must have worked in an agency before and understand how recruitment agencies work
· Essential for this role is also having a mining background.
· Mature. Very driven.
· Analytical – must be able to provide an analysis for recruitment in the mining field.
· Must be innovative and creative in finding scarce skills.
· 5 years relevant experience
· Must be willing to go into the various provinces in SA to network and head hunt.
The company will be proving the successful individual with the following;
· Laptop
· Petrol reimbursement per business km travelled according to the CPK rate
· Accommodation and flights paid by the company for travel
