In this role you will take full responsibility for all Material Planning activities relating to my clients mining activities in the Northern Cape and this will include scheduling of both planned and unplanned work as well as the management of all systems, processes and cost control.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the material and activity planning systems of the Maintenance sections
• Scheduling of planned and unplanned work and ad hoc projects
• Updating of electronic systems, processing and placing of orders and controlling cost
• Processing of data and reports, placing of orders and follow up parts and materials as well as managing recondition able spares orders
• Supporting Foreman in budget process
Requirements
• Grade 12 / N3 qualification
• At least 3 year's relevant experience and relevant project planning experience
• Trade test certificate
• Literate in SAP, MS Office and MS Projects
• Planning experience and systems training will serve as recommendation
• You will be required to pass a medical fitness certificate in order to be considered for this position
Contract Status
• This is a permanent role to be based in South Africa. My client requires South African nationals
