General Manager: Business Development (Base Metals) – Northern Cape

Requirements:

•                     10 years’ relevant experience –engineering/project management

•                     Senior engineering degree

•                     MBA qualification

•                     10-15 years’ experience in Finance/Marketing/Strategy functions

•                     A CA/SA qualification is an advantage

•                     Strong negotiation skills

•                     In-depth knowledge on of the latest technology to manage projects

•                     Ability to lead a professional project team of 60-80 candidates

Responsibilities:

•                     Development negotiation strategies

•                     Presentations to key stakeholders

•                     Preparing Expressions of Interest documents and Pre-qualification Proposals

•                     Business development
